How to order

Whether its your first time at the Kampong Flowers web store or would like a quick reminder on how to get some sweet flowers delivered into your hands, look no further than this Orders guide!

Stepping into the Kampong Flowers shop

On first arriving to our web store, you will be greeted by our homepage.

On Mobile

 (1) Click on Web Shop on website menu to see available products. 

(2) Click on a product to see more information and buy the product.

Reviewing the Cart

(3) Select between delivery options: Local Delivery or Store Pickup

If Local Delivery is selected, choose date and delivery timeslot.

If Store Pickup is selected, choose date and collection time.

Checking out the Cart

On the information page, check (1) basic contact information > name and email address are correct. If it’s your first time buying from us, (2) provide your  shipping address and contact details of the recipient.

Check the shipping method, then click on the (2) “Continue to payment method”. If you edit the shipping method, go back to cart page.

On the Payment page, select your (1) Payment method > Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer/Paynow. Then confirm (2) your Billing Address > Same as your shipping address or Use a different billing address. Finally, if you would like to save your particulars for easier shopping in the future (we do hope you return!) then check the (3) box for “Save my information for a faster checkout”.

Do a final check on (1) all the information provided. Then confirm (2) the products in the cart and the final pricing.

All set? Click on “Complete order” and Kampong Flowers will get ready to deliver our precious roses to you!
