Peak Pricing Period: 31 Jan – 21 Feb

Pre-Orders for Valentine's Day: Closed

To confirm your pre-orders, do make FULL Payment by:
22 Jan for orders to be delivered/collected before 10 February; and
24 Jan for orders from 10 to 21 February 2022.

Make any AD-HOC orders 2 Days before scheduled delivery date for 31 Jan – 14 Feb

ORDERS

A quotation with the list of available varieties will be sent to you for your confirmation and payment by 21 Jan. A proforma invoice will be sent by Week 4 upon receipt of FULL payment.

An email confirmation of roses you have ordered will be sent once the shipment arrive.
*Any changes to order due to shipment issues (Delays, Quality issues, etc.) will be communicated to you ASAP.

Confirmation message of delivery / pickup (Via Whatsapp / Email) will be sent a day prior.
*Offer us Flexible Delivery Dates and receive a 5% Discount of your total Pre-order amount.

Order changes must be made at least 1 week in advance (limited to stocks at hand @ $10 per change request).

Order cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance (Up to 50% refund will be offered).
