Price Increase

To our Dearest Customers,

As you know, we at Kampong Flowers are committed to bringing premium, high-quality and carefully-sourced environmentally friendly roses.

In the recent year, we have been experiencing rising costs in rose stems, logistics and packaging. To stay committed to our promise and maintain the standards of quality in our roses, we will be increasing our prices as of 6th December. Orders and pre-orders made after 6th December will be affected.

Going forward, we aim to provide an improved e-commerce experience and expand our variety of quality cut garden roses.

Changes in opening times

Kampong Flowers will be adjusting our opening hours to allow our staff to build and enhance other areas of our business: including e-commerce and content creation.

Starting from 6th December onward, our weekend opening hours will be:

Sat: 9.30am - 12pm (only 10am - 2pm delivery slot)
Sun: Closed (no pickups and deliveries)

For public holidays, we will open on a case-by-case basis. We will announce the opening hours closer to the date of the holiday.
