B2B platform transition for Florists and Traders

Dear florists and traders,

We have previously been using the Tradegecko/qbCommerce B2B platform to serve flowers to you, our B2B customers. However, qbCommerce is sunsetting their operations outside of North America.

What this means to you:

We will be transitioning to using this webstore to also serve B2B customers, from 20/6/2022 onwards. B2B customer accounts will have access to wholesale prices from the webstore.

The transition period will be 20/6/2022 to 3/7/2022, during which we will still accept orders from the qbCommerce platform. After 3/7/2022, we will deactivate the qbCommece platform and all orders placed on the platform after 3/7/2022 will be considered void.

We will be contacting our customers individually about the transition process.

• If you have an existing webstore account, then we will automatically convert those accounts into business accounts. Business email accounts registered at our webstore will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your webstore account tied to that email address has been converted into a business account. Please login to our webstore, and you should see wholesale prices reflected on the relevant products, same as the prices previously on our qbCommerce platform.
• If you are not registered with our webstore, you will receive an email about how to create a business account at our webstore. Create a webstore account here, then inform us at using the form here. We will tag your account as a business account. For any urgent orders, place your orders on qbCommerce until 3/7/2022 (inclusive).
